Community Focus
In addition to Black Marble's commercial work, we also endeavour to commit time and resources to serving relevant communities.
This is demonstrated by:
- Providing free events to the Developer and IT community to help spread new technologies and expert opinions.
- Promoting best practise in IT and Development to the regional Universities.
- Providing support to the University of Hull in setting up SEED.
- Providing assistance to the University of Bradford's School of Informatics and Industrial Innovation, to develop AI Games to aid in teaching.
- Helping a local Drug Clinic to improve their software.
- Supporting Technology Start-ups as a Network Partner in the BizSpark programme
We also run a series of Community Events in Bradford aimed at the IT and Developer community, although anyone with an interest can attend. It is part of our ethos to promote high standards and share knowledge and experience.
